We use your information to manage bookings, process payments, communicate about your pet's stay, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information with the providers that run our platform — including Firebase (Google) for data hosting and authentication, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email — only as needed to provide our services.

Your choices

You can access or update your account information at any time, or contact us to request deletion of your data, subject to records we are required to retain.
