Bookings & payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in Canadian dollars, including applicable taxes. By booking, you confirm the information you provide about you and your pet is accurate.

Vaccination & health

You are responsible for ensuring your pet's vaccinations are current and for disclosing any health or behavioural conditions. We may decline care for animals that pose a risk to staff or other pets.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are described during booking and on our policies page. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Liability

We provide care with reasonable skill and attention. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
